Abet Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction

Welcome to abet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and abet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the abet website, mobile application, and all associated services. By registering an account on abet, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Abet is an online betting and gaming platform operated under a valid gaming licence. The platform offers sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and political betting markets, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Abet is designed specifically for players in Bangladesh and operates in compliance with applicable regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the abet platform. These Terms should be read alongside abet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and abet.

02 Eligibility

To register and use abet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Abet operates a strict 18+ policy and will verify age as part of the account verification process.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal structures are not permitted to hold abet accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that using abet is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of abet or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from abet or any affiliated platform.

Abet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all bets will be voided, and any deposits will be returned minus any withdrawals already made. Winnings generated by an underage account will be forfeited in full.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on abet. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering your abet account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Abet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence — before your account is fully activated or before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in your account being restricted until verification is complete.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abet account login credentials.
• You must notify abet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Abet will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from abet and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• Account sharing is not permitted. Your abet account is for your personal use only.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Abet processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No currency conversion is applied — what you deposit in BDT is what appears in your abet account balance.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are credited to your abet account instantly under normal operating conditions. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Abet does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests on abet are processed within 30 minutes as standard during normal operating hours. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with abet support. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Your account must be fully KYC verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your account settings.
• Abet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 7.
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, abet may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on abet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are available within the platform for each betting category. The following general betting rules apply across all markets on abet:

• Bets are only accepted from registered, verified abet account holders with sufficient account balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed on abet, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the platform offers a specific cash-out or edit feature for that market.
• Abet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets where a pricing error has occurred.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Bets placed after an event has started may be accepted as in-play bets subject to the in-play rules for that market. Abet is not responsible for bets accepted in error after an event has concluded.
• All odds on abet are displayed in decimal format. The potential return displayed at the time of bet placement is indicative and subject to final settlement.

For live in-play betting, abet uses real-time data feeds to update odds. There may be brief delays between real-world events and odds updates on the platform. Abet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

06 Bet Settlement

Abet settles all bets based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body, league, or tournament organiser. In the absence of an official result, abet will use the result as reported by a recognised independent data provider.

The following settlement rules apply on abet:

• Postponed events: If an event is postponed and does not take place within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Abandoned events: If an event is abandoned before completion, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport. In most cases, bets will be voided unless the result at the point of abandonment is deemed official by the governing body.
• Void bets: Abet reserves the right to void any bet where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the bet was placed after the event concluded, or where there is evidence of match fixing or irregular activity.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with abet support within 30 days of the event taking place. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

Abet offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• All bonuses on abet are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from your account.
• Not all games on abet contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Abet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other abusive behaviour will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

Players who have opted out of marketing communications will not receive promotional offers. You can manage your communication preferences in your abet account settings.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on abet. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one abet account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using abet for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the abet platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets on abet.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge that is not publicly available.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the abet platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing abet staff or other players.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Abet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Abet will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy.
• At the player's own request — you may close your abet account at any time by contacting support.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, abet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request and there is no outstanding breach, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10 Responsible Gaming

Abet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their betting activity. These tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately when activated:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month.
• Session time limits: Limit the amount of time you spend on abet in a single session.
• Cooling-off period: Take a short break from betting without permanently closing your account.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from abet for a defined period. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the exclusion period ends.

11 Privacy and Data

12 Intellectual Property

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Abet is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside abet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or third-party service provider failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits abet's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by abet's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Abet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, abet will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the abet platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using abet and may request account closure by contacting support.
